Festive Berry-Picking
Do you need some hand-picked, plump and delish berries for the festive season?
We have changed to an early berry pick this year in the hope that cherries as well as berries will be ripe for the picking.
We will be heading up to Silvan to the Bluehills Berry and Cherry Farm on Sunday 3 December early morning. If you are interested in coming please register interest by sending a note to ecoze@mmnet.com.au.

Please note this is not an organic berry farm, but is a low chemical use farm.
We will car share as far as we can, but we only have as much room as the folks who volunteer to drive can offer. When you register please let us know if you are happy to be a driver who can car share, or whether you need to be a passenger.
Children are welcome too – bring the whole family for some berry-picking – as long as you supervise them.
We hope you can join us!

Food Swaps are an occasion to meet your community, talk about gardens and sustainability and swap excess produce from your garden, or something you made in your kitchen. You bring some and get to take some away as with all good swaps.
Ideas of what to bring:
- seeds from your garden
- seedlings
- fruit
- vegetables
- herbs
- preserves
- cordials
- sour dough starter
The list goes on…
