Sunday 1 June: two free workshops on home energy efficiency

Sunday the 1st of June seems to be the day to get your house all rugged up and ready for winter!
Sally, Serenity and Kirsten are hosting a home energy efficiency workshop in Thornbury and inviting our neighbours to share lunch for Global Sharing Day – TDers are most welcome to come along too (see the flyer attached and basic details below). And there’s a new facebook page for our neighbourhood, so if you live in or around Ballantyne Street, like it here.
If you’re over in the southern part of Darebin, you can go to a similar workshop on the same day at Alphington Community Centre – they’ve also got a range of other sustainable living workshops happening too, including beginner backyard chooks next weekend (see all the details below).
